Welcome to our Competitive TEAMS section. Our competitive teams are a combination of athletes from both Rising Stars Academy and our sister gym, Gymnastics Etc.
We have a couple different options when looking at Competitive Girls Gymnastics, we have our Xcel Gymnastics Teams and our Junior Olympic Gymnastics Teams, both for athletes 6 years and up. Gymnasts will compete on all 4 events for girls gymnastics, which are Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise. Both Teams are set up on tryout bases. The team seasons go from roughly end of October to beginning of April for the State meet series at the beginning levels. We have Pre-Team Gymnastics information for those interested in future competitive gymnastics below. Under this section we also have our current gymnastics teams workout schedules. Our team track starts at ages 4 & 5 in our Super Tots invite class and we also have our invite only Pre-Team Class for athletes 5 years and up.
Our Tumbling Team is for Girls and Boys ages 6 years old and up and is for those interested in more of the tumbling side There are three events in competitive tumbling, Rod Floor Tumbling, Double-Mini Trampoline and Trampoline.
We also have our competitive Cheerleading Teams with Lions Cheer Company. Cheer Teams are for Girls and Boys from ages 5 years and up. we have a link to the Lions Cheer Company website below for more information.
