Our Session and Payment Policies

Payment Due Date

Fees are due 3 weeks before a session begins. If payment is not received by the first 1st week of the session, your child may lose his/her space in the class.

Sessions

The recreational and progressive programs are divided into 8 week sessions throughout the year. As long as you continue to pay for your spot, you may keep that spot. Children may enter any class with available space at any point throughout the year. If your child enrolls mid-session, we will pro-rate for any missed classes.

Refunds or Credits

No refunds or credits will be given for classes not attended. Missed classes are not prorated with the exception of new enrollments and students with extreme circumstances. Extreme circumstances must be cleared with Rising Stars Academy first. If you attend the first class of a session, you will be expected to pay for the entire session...we might have kept someone else out of that spot because we were holding that spot for your child.

Terminating Your Membership

Rising Stars Academy must be notified if your child is not planning on returning. Failure to notify us means that you will be responsible for paying for that spot in the class.

Make-Up Sessions

Students may make-up a maximum of two classes per session. Please contact Rising Stars Academy to notify us that your child will be absent. Any make-ups must be done within the 8 week session of the missed lesson. Make-up classes are held on one Friday every month. If you have missed a class and you want to attend the make-up class, you must sign-up at the front desk. Please see our receptionist for the complete make-up policy.
